EQUALITY IN RIGHTS PROGRAMME – ERP
30. 4. 2010.Equality in rights, as project will deal with discrimination issues in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and will take a course of action that includes students’ education, awareness raising, promotion of and advocating for the law implementation and implementation of other legal mechanisms regulating this issue.
In this project, our aim is to focus on following:
• Fighting against discrimination based on race,
• ethnical background,
• gender,
• language,
• religion,
• political or other conviction,
• national or social background,
• economic status,
• membership in union or other association,
• level of education,
• social status,
• marital or family status,
• pregnancy and maternity,
• age,
• health status,
• disability,
• genetic heritage,
• relation with national minority,
• gender identity,
• expression or sexual orientation.
The mentioned activities will be implemented in cooperation with the students of Law faculties in Sarajevo, Eastern Sarajevo, Tuzla, Mostar and Banja Luka.
